To highlight the flavors in our environment, we will 'run the board' with an ingredient when it is abundant. By using that ingredient across all of our brews (beer, cider, mead, jun, and kombucha), we get to showcase the flavor profile of that ingredient in different mediums.

Examples of running the board in the past include: strawberry, mint, peach, and blueberry.
