To highlight and emphasize the flavors in our natural environment, occasionally we will “run the board” with an ingredient when it is abundant. By using it across all of our brews (beer, cider, mead, jun, and kombucha), it can be tasted from multiple perspectives.
Past examples of running the board include: strawberry, mint, peach, sweetfern, and blueberry.
