Urban Farm Fermentory is currently seeking a New England Sales Rep. The New England Sales Rep is responsible for ensuring that the brand is in good standing with both customers and distributors in the New England region. Any representation of the brand, whether liquid or human, that occurs outside of the Tasting Room falls on the shoulders of the NESR. S(he) is solely responsible for making sure that any/all issues in the region are addressed promptly by either themselves or the company representative working in that department. If s(he) does their job well all communication lines will remain open and run smoothly. It is always imperative that s(he) exude trustworthiness with both accounts and distributors.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Can lift 80lbs

  • Ability to multitask 

  • Interest in plants and general fermentation

  • Related experience preferred but not required 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Act as liaison to distributors in New England (Pine State, Burke, Baker)

  • Respond in a timely fashion to any and all inquiries by distributors

  • Provide sellsheets, UPCs, and new product forms to distributors when needed

  •  Meet with distributors and sales teams to launch new products

  •  Personally introduce yourself and build relationships with distributor representatives

  • Inform distributors of upcoming product releases, events, and other pertinent information


  • Set up demos at accounts in the region

  • Be on a first name basis with buyers and managers in the region

  • Log account information into data base

  • Make sure accounts are being visited regularly to build relationships

  • Respond in a timely fashion to account inquiries

  • Scout new account possibilities


  • Scout for applicable festivals

  • Secure COI and complete paperwork as needed

  • Correspond with festival organizers to ensure a smooth day

  • Transports marketing material, invoices, and product as needed

  • Attend festivals and promote brand representation

  • Possess expert knowledge or product and mission

  • Exudes positivity

  • Appropriately represent oneself to fulfill customer’s vision of the UFF (dressing casually yet neatly, offer good vibes, fermentation expertise)
