Foraging is a huge part of what we do. We love to feature what grows naturally around us in Southern Maine in our beverages as learning and sharing opportunities, and because they’re just tasty! Through foraging, we’re able to highlight what is growing seasonally as it’s still in season, especially in our kombucha program, but throughout the entire menu as well!
